When a male puts his in penis in his sisters/family members mouth and they bite down, successfully removing the foreskin. It often gets confused with a hillbilly circumcision. The difference is the hick circumcision exclusively takes place in the parking lot of a Roy Rogers.

Hick

Someone who exaggerates their southern heritage to comically stereotypical degrees, oftentimes looked down upon in both rural and urban environments. In rural America, being a hick has the implication that you ain't really a redneck and you're dumb as a rock too. Redneck in this case would refer to having more genuine ties to southern culture. Many urban dwellers may misuse hick as a catchall for poor people from rural areas, but proper properly using hick will insult their whole family line so it's a pretty decent insult.
Self-proclaimed hicks are 100% of the time hicks, they just too dumb to realize its an insult.
