There are many more effects that have yet to be written down. Some examples of these shows are Law and Order, Dr Phil, old westerns, or the game shows like The Price is Right.

But most of the time, your friend is inting. Yet, the small chance that he doesn't int, he gets a Penta Kill, flashes mastery and says ggez. The Nipken Effect usually occurs in Bronze V.
