Bucker

Riveter, One who deforms one end of a rivet in order to fasten two pieces of metal together.

One who crimps the head of the rivet.

A bucked end of the rivet is the end that has been deformed on the job site/while riveting while the factory end of the rivet already has a head.

Also refereed to as "Bucker-up."

terminology commonly used in building and bridge construction, iron-working.
The foremen shouted, "bucker up, get that rivet in place before it cools down!"

Gin Bucket Friday

Pre-game tradition originating at St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY, where 6-8 people gather and casually drink from the gin bucket. This occurs every friday night or whenever else one is called. Many different gin buckets go on at once, however, one may belong to only one.

bucketing

a degree of raining. A very heavy rain that sounds like someone is pouring buckets of rain to the ground. Extremely wet forceful rain (when it's bucketing you can't stay dry.)
It was bucketing rain so everyone stayed indoors to keep dry.
