local jargin is a dialect used only regionally.

for example, in new england, wicked is used a lot. wicked is local jargin.

(j chris being local jargin for jesus christ)

A person who lives in your area whose main/only appeal is that they live nearby. This is a negative/objectifying term. Could refer to male or female.
