There are 2 definitions:
1) True Crime; TC is sometimes used to abbreviate "True Crime" especially in the True Crime Community
2) Teacher Crush; I can't say I've ever heard TC used like this outside of Tumblr, but basically it's what some teens use to discreetly talk about their teacher crushes, for seemingly obvious reasons.

1) "I bought some TC films today, wanna come over and watch?"
2) "I'm a little hungover this TC, he got married over the summer, and now my chances are slimmer"-some tumblr kid I won't name (istg it's always tumblr)

Only the smartest, richest, and most desirable kids get in here. Known for having the best spiritual and most physical (ruchnias and gashmias) atmosphere (as well as nicest building/dorms) in the world.
