This is what posh restaurants all over the world serve as a main dish. It is the fancy name for a Gutbuster but as this doesn't sound very formal, restaurants have changed the name in order to attract a wider audience.

The individual often believes they are the only person to ever have used this word in a sentence, and will often wear a shit-eating grin upon saying it.
