McFantasy

A type of media set in a fantasy setting accomplished with cliches and architypes to create a non-offensive setting. McFantasy content lacks originality and borrows heavily from other settings likes of Lord Of the Rings, Song of Ice and fire or making reboots, resulting in bland and uninspiring content and storytelling. Often such content employs mary-sue characters in main roles.
