Its mainly asked at people who live in decent-at-worst neighborhoods. It's mixed up with the words "Identification" and "Detroit" because cities in America such as Detroit have many poor neighborhoods that have houses that are very cheap and mostly old and abandoned. These types of neighborhoods are called "Da Hood" as it is usually referred to that name from people of african or hispanic diaspora.
(Travis, an 16 year old asian boy is listening to a song on SoundCloud on his laptop.
