The underwear tend to be filled with a slurry of poo-poo and vomit, which occurs when the person reaches the toilet too late, drops their pants, proceeds to pass out on the throne, waking only to hurl into their own undergarments.

There was a vile pestilence originating from the toilet, we were aghast at what we saw on opening the door, he had dezoc-honoured himself. It was on the toilet bowl, on his legs, on his shirt and amazingly there was some on his shoulder!!!
