One of the greatest characters in movie history. Known for his distinctive laugh and ability to routinely lie and get away with it. Played by Eddie Murphy, Axel Foley dominated Beverly Hills Cop and Beverly Hills Cop II. Unfortunately he also appeared in Beverly Hills Cop III, which was more or less a cinematic abortion.
