Efan is a male name. It means kind and selfless. Its the kind of person who puts others before themselves amd who people aspire to be like. If the world was run by Efans it would be a better place. Efans aren't just kind they're intelligent too and able to think outside the box. Happy to not follow the norms of society, Efan is strong enough to be himself.
