Ruler Of The World

A very power-hungry teenager who commands legions of their friends. They are intimidating and psychotic, but are generally nice and funny. They will, in most cases, post several "World rulings" on websites such as facebook, myspace, etc. You should never deny them their title, because they will tickle you until you die.

The guy who tells both contestants how small their dicks are in comparison to the portion of the male population who doesn't participate in the dick measuring contest, but not until after the contest is over and measurements have been recounted to the micrometer.
