A metaphorical state of mind where all sense of decency and morality are lost, and where the wellness, happiness and health of the self or others are no longer a concern, which is open to be visited by anyone with sufficient emotional stimulation (or, quite often, a lack thereof) at their leisure.

She was a weirdo from the beginning, with her cat obsession, her impulsive coffee-bean counting, and her pretty frequent manic outbursts, but when her boyfriend broke up with her, straight-out she took a trip into psychotown's deepest and darkest alleys. (Now picture how the woman in question envisions burning down the houses of the guy and all his family members.)

A person who has strange, bizarre thoughts. Common symptoms include, but are not limited to:

- Seeing/Hearing things that aren't there
- Paranoia
- "Feeling" that something is going to happen
- Intense fear/hatrid for something irrational, like rocks or a plant.

Not to be confused with psychopath, which is more severe.

Damn, that guy is one hell of a psychothink... just look at how he acts around rocks!

Using pop culture psychology to demerit a reasonable counterargument. A derivative of the ad-hominem attack.

I'm apparently in the psychozone. My factual examples caused cognitive dissonance, so she resorted to psychozoning me and recommended "therapy" for my personal issues. She's a psychologist, at least according to The View and Huffington Post. My prognosis is "Toxic Masculinity", a term not found in the APA's DSM5 or any serious medical journals but prolific in marketing departments run by frustrated soccer moms blaming Western patriarchy for their poor life choices.
