This word was originally created from a misinterpretation of the song “Chug Jug With You”
In the song it says “Hey Broski got any heals and a shield pot?”
Pilsky replaced Broski in this case.

Verb form of "pils" or "pilsner".

Can also be used as an adjective to describe acts done under the influence of pils.

"Man, Jack and I are getting pilsy tonight.........."
