The act of getting drunk on pils.

Verb form of "pils" or "pilsner".

Can also be used as an adjective to describe acts done under the influence of pils.

"Man, Jack and I are getting pilsy tonight.........."

"Things got pilsy at the party so Michael and Jack made out naked on the table."
