metallica

a band that originated in the late 80's that brought the head thumping, metal music into mainstream media and is heavily regarded as one of the greatest bands of all time. Although same may discredit thier music or how "hard" the music is, it's hard to deny the fact that Metallica has defined the the genre and how it has influenced bands to this day.

Although many bands have tried to "out do" metallica, the band still has some best selling albums in the world.

The greatest game ever. The game is similar to Guitar Hero Aerosmith with Metallica instead. Basically the game will follow the career of Metallica, have the band in the game and will include many Metallica songs.

Guy 1: Hey did you hear? They're making Guitar Hero Metallica.

2 a good band that pioneered the 80's,ruled the 90's,and in 2003 they decided to make a change-well-changes can be good....not this one:riffing the same stupid chord 7 minutes,yelling like a 13 year old homo kid who got his dick cut off in a chainsaw accident,and humping the drum kit so it sounds like a churchbell(well that can be interesting in some songs)...is not a good change...

The greatest thrash metal band known to man, comprised of James Hetfield (singer/rythym guitarist), Lars Urlrich (drummer/founding member), Kirk
Hammett (lead guitarist/god), and Robert Trujillo (bassist). Former members include (but are not limited to) Dave Mustaine, Cliff Burton, and Jason Newsted.

Metallica

The Gods of metal, and the cd "MASTER OF PUPPETS" is their holy grail.

It doesn't get any better than these guys. Known for their grinding riffs, melodious interludes, and crazy guitar solos, they're the most kick ass band out there.

During the recording of the solo for the song Master of Puppets, Kirk isnt even sure what he did for one part. He pulled some sort of artificial harmonic and did something wierd on accident with the string that gave this sick sound that they liked, so they decided to keep it. Even when he screws up, it sounds sick!

Metallica! Now theres some fucking metal!
