Use it as a swear word.

A cute, funny, stubborn guy. He’s a total goofball, but is the number 1 person to go to when something goes wrong. He’ll never do you wrong and always tries to put a smile on your face. If you’re lucky enough to come across a Mekhilyn make sure you keep him. He’s the best boyfriend anyone could ever ask for. Mekhla

Mekhla is a hard-working but fun-loving girl. She has multiple personalities - perfect and charming outside and a menace at home. This girl finds hard to lie about her emotions and speaks her heart. She is that good-girl who knows all the double-meaning jokes but pretends not to care. She finds it hard to maintain resolutions and doesn't trust everybody so easily. However, when it comes to work, she doesn't hold back to impress the world with her sense of responsibility and dedication.

That girl has just joined the school; who knows we might find a Mekhla in her.
