When a black person wears all black, preferably at night, so not to be seen by the police. This includes a black hat, black bandana. black face, black shirt, black undershirt, black hoodie, black fuzzy jacket, black belt, black hands, black baggy jeans, black chain, black socks, black shoes and black backpack filled with black weapons. The only thing visible is the eyes, but not when they're closed.
