bloo

A slang and ironically precise term used to describe drug addicts whose primary drug of choice are the blue fentanyl pills. Usually homeless & tending to be quite disrespectful, they are also referred to as "gollies"- as they are always seeking their "precious" blues like Gollum (in LORD OF THE RINGS) and will cause hullabaloo (b'loo) to get them.

Many times you'll find them in a large group with other bloos, nomadic and indecent, or with "poos" (slang for the homeless addicts whose drug of choice is the cheap new super meth from Mexico).

JOHN: Oh damn man! Henry here comes that fucking bloo who always is begging for change outside the corner store.

HENRY: Oh yup. We've been catching that bloo digging in random trashcans for old foil strips that may have drug residue on em! For real!
JOHN: Oh hell no...
