Similar to platinum gay but instead of being a gay man born through caesarean section. Instead, to achieve Gay Prime, you must be a gay grown in a lab for 5 years, thereby having no contact with any female whatsoever.

Another slang term used for "Masterbation" (choking the chicken, spanking the monkey, etc.) used in the RiffTrax commentary for the film TRANSFORMERS. The term is a referrence to the character Optimus Prime from the film, as well as the T.V. series.
