A film based on the book by Alice Sebold.
14 year old Susie Salmon is walking home from school one day when her neighbour insists that she comes to look at an underground clubhouse he has made for the children of the neighbourhood. He invites her inside and she soon tries to escape upon realising something is wrong. She runs to her town to find her dad looking for her and she calls out to him, but he doesn't seem to hear her. As she reaches her house she realises that she didn't escape the clubhouse and that she has actually been killed. During her distress she is pulled into the place between life and death and meets a girl called Holly, who tries to help her move on. Susie refuses to a watches over her loved ones as her family falls apart after her death and her murderer walks free.
A pretty good film depending on your taste in movies. The main storyline is good and there are places that are suspenseful and keep you on the edge of your seat. There are also a few slightly creepy places that you find yourself shivering about for a few hours after the film. However, there are a few quite strange parts that the film could really do without. You have to really be prepared to get past them if you don't like them as the story does get back to normal again after them.

Person 1: Did you see the Lovely Bones?
Person 2: Yeah, it was a bit weird though.
Person 1: Really? I enjoyed it.

After consuming a gross but filling meal in a college cafeteria, a student must attempt to locate cones for ice cream- if none are found, he/she must get action from (bone) someone of the opposite sex within 24 hours.
"Dude, were there any cones left?"
"Nope, looks like imma have to nail that blonde over by the salad bar givin' me the eye"
"Ah, your loyalty to cone-or-bone is incredible"

When your raging boner can’t possibly contain it’s massive load of jizz any longer and it exolodes out of your dicks mouth like a volcano erupting molten white lava.
