Hiring an LGBTQ+ Person

Someone who will demand you call them by their pronouns. As well as many others such as being the most entitled out of the work-group and force their beliefs down other people throats. When this term is used its rare as many companies, restaurants, etc. don't like hiring these types of... people.

When Hiring an LGBTQ+ Person (LettuceGuacamoleBaconTomatoQuesadilla+ person), its a rare event.

IDSL stands for I dont support lgbtq is a nicer way to say respecting-homophobe you dont say slurs he doesnt harass/bully anyone you dont discriminate etc

homosexual man: Are you homophobic? if soo banned
Straight man: Nope I am IDSL(I dont support lgbtq)
