a person who has had much experience in the field they work in. this is not a person who has recently graduated college. this person must have over a decade of experience in the field of computers.

the system administrator at work who has been at our location for 9 years previously worked with computers while he was in the military, he is a "real computer guy"

FGIP (Fat Guy In Polo)

Someone who stands around and has some authority position in the world. Doesn't pick up a finger to actually do something, but will stand there with their very nice polo shirt and tell others what to do. Always have a better way to do something. Usually unsolicited opinions come from FGIP as well.

Dude, I am tired of working my ass off, look at all those FGIP (Fat Guy In Polo) over there, standing around, doing nothing, shuffling papers, and stuffing their fat necks.
