Taking one small dose of cocaine. Generally used speaking about scooping out a small bit of cocaine with a coke nail or key, also known as a key bump.

After the coke rush is settled and starting to fade, people generally bump up.

I was doing a bump when my hand started shaking and I lost it all.
I always use my house key for a key bump.

Douche Bump

A sensation that one feels in the skin when you are surrounded by a room of douche bags or particularly douchy douchetastics. The sensation can usually be overcome by immediately removing yourself from the company of any douchebags.

Jimmy, duck so douchetastic doesn't see us over here and talk to us about his douche bag life. I'm trying to avoid another case of douche bumps.

Bump and grind referred to the seductive walk of burlesque performers, which contained a lot of hip action. As the hips moved in one direction they were said to grind, stopping with a bump; then grinding in the other direction and repeating the pattern, back and forth, back and forth.
