a Psycho Killer is a extremely dangerous killer that the circumstances they set up is too hard to beat and they have their own environment or turf they do it at, all who come through dies. its too high risk...you would normally have to be invincible to beat them or nuke the entire area or bomb them. lots of them, do not engage at all. dont be a hero. to get a little example how hard they is play the game cyberpunk 2077 on the hardest difficult and fight them all at the earliest possible point with the weakest gear just to get a little taste of how hard they are to kill.

each psycho killer committed serial mass genocide... yes thats adding mass to whats already genocide. serial means more than one time at mass genocide.
