The intalism SMH has been around for a while and you'll often encounter it in chat rooms and on social media websites. But what does SMH mean? Who came up with it and how do you use it? You probably just skipped through that but basically it means "Shake my head" or "Shaking my head"

Smh means "Slicing my ham" it can be used to express disappointment in someone or for the activity of slicing ham
Person A: "Hey, can you talk rn?"
Person B:"Sorry, no smh atm."
Person A: "Okay, I'll talk with you later then"
Person B:"Please don't"
Person B:"Sorry, no smh atm."
