They are said to occur in the in Cannabis markets when illegal outdoor grows and overzealous i502 producer/processors flood the market with mediocre weed. Companies then have to take their FIRE ass weed and sell it as a FIRE sale to prevent it from overflowing our vaults like Scrooge McDuck’s.
