Refers to a person who parts their hair on the left. As per the Hair Part Theory, this draws attention to the left side of the brain, which is the logical, rational side, and generally leads to a personality type that is more standard and acceptable. Often can be accused of being unemotional and too masculine.

She's a left parter - no wonder she rules with an iron thumb.

This is when you are connected with someone, but not dating them, but you have feelings for each other. Otherwise known as stupid.

my ex-bf wants to be emotional partners with me...which I don't understand cuz it wasn't even defined until now. I'd expect more out of a girl. And I don't actually like him back, either. So that means him calling me screaming "I'm coming to your house!" makes him a creepy asshat.

Partner is a term, usually used with a southern accent. ("yeehaw" and the cowboy emoji are usually associated with it also) You could be referring to anyone, really. Your significant other, your friend. While other forms of "partner" may be used negatively, this one is positive for the most part, in a joking way.
