Rat-alytic Converter (noun)
A catalytic converter that was once functioning properly until Roger got his hands on the car. Now, thanks to his go-to diagnostic method of either hollowing it out with a screwdriver or flooding it with a garden hose.

“My check engine light came on, so I took my car to Roger. Now my exhaust rattles when I press the gas, I’m pretty sure I now have a rat-alytic converter.”
