It is most often applied to a sexual or fetish reference, but can relate to anything where there is a implied unwholesome addiction or fascination. Can be used as a reply to indicate agreement or similar desire to participate, or when a statement made can be re-interpreted with a sexual meaning but a simple “that’s what she said” will not accurately play.
