Get the hairy ottermug. Otter Magic, is a lighthearted, comic and intentional corruption of the word automatic. Otter Magic is a term used by folks well versed in firearms use and terminology. The phrase its self is used to refer to semiautomatic weapons, and specifically to semiautomatic shotguns.
