A word to refer to underage girls who are hot and visually appealing in a slutty way, whether it's through their clothes, make-up, personality or appearance that makes them look like sluts, maybe they are. Unlike jailbats (who appear to be older), these are clearly still children, but they still give you the wrong impression and make you think that they are much more than children.
At my daughter's birthday party (7th grade), Samantha, one of her classmates was wearing make-up and a very skimpy dress for her age, her appearance and gestures were much more elevated than those common at that age, and I couldn't stop thinking about it, even though she was clearly still just a child. She's a hottie!
