Franklin Yeung Sing-Man, commonly known as "Sing-Man"(Cantonese), "Shing-Wenn"(English), "Xing-Wen"(Mandarin) or "Franky"(Becca). Franklin is an amazingly talkative extroverted high school student comes from a mysterious oriental country, now lives in another mighty country. He possesses a great love to ancient global literature, from ancient Babylon, Chinese ones to Shakespeare's works (he even texts like Shakespeare by using "thou" and "thee" sort like that). In addition, he started to play piano when he was only 7, and he is fond of learning cultures and languages. If you meet him you will find that he is patient and glad to have conversations with you, whatever formal or just a simple chit-chat, if you don't have any spite or malice towards him. The sentence "I'm pretty good as usual!" to your "how are you?" represents his optimistic viewpoint towards the world, and the responsibility of bringing joy to people around him. As the saying goes, to err is human. He is sometimes very impulsive, which magnifies the seriousness of incidents at times. He is lazy and sometimes procrastinate homework. Recently he is struggling with math functions. His favorite anime character is Yamada Ryou, and he uses lots of Yamada Ryou profile pictures for lots of accounts including Discord and Instagram. He can finish a gallon of Starbucks coffee drink within 2 minutes, and 4 cans of sprite within 5 minutes (no sprite no life lmao). Anyway, he is an interesting guy, and he is also trustworthy.

now, when someone lip syncs on tiktok with little to no energy, the comments are usually flooded with "sing ho!"

There is no war in Ba Sing Se. Except, there is. The phrase originates from the American anime Avatar, in which Ba Sing Se is secretly taken over by the Fire Nation. As propaganda, guides are brainwashed into saying, "There is no war in Ba Sing Se" whenever questioned about a possible war.
It is used in real life to satirize and joke about propaganda.

"Russia is not at war with Ukraine, as there is no war in Ba Sing Se."
"The economy in the US is fine, there is no war in Ba Sing Se"
