The newscaster throws in a brief bit about the recession then he tells some cockamaimy or cutesy-wutsey heart-tugger tale. The unnoticing, inattentive and unflinching public says "Amen". Get the Dumb crowmug. When a highschooler degrades a middle schooler or anyone younger then them by only a year even if they are smarter and more mature than them and all the highschooler says is bs. Or when a guy is being really stupid. You would call this highschooler a dumb dingo or and ignorant freshman.
