Blue eyes syndrome

People with blue eyes (or any exotic color) tend to keep them open very wide. Which can make them seem a little high at times or in some cases, just plain out creepy. This may be a conscious action caused by wanting people to see they're rare eye color. Or just simply them being weird or not noticing.
