Kister's Law

A pattern where an otherwise non-sexual artwork or written work unintentionally contains hints of the creator's fetishes.

The phrase stems from the creator of the analogue horror series Mandela Catalog, Alex Kister, admitting that he is sexually interested in the concept of doppelgängers, a core feature of the narrative.

Marc's First Law

A law invented by Marc of The Templin Institute and introduced in the video "The Idiotic Strategy That Always Works (But Shouldn't!)":

"Dumb ideas are implemented all the time often with cataclysmic results. But they're implemented in the first place because there was a legitimate expectation of a positive outcome; these ideas fall within the "Zone of Believability." However some ideas are so clearly bad and consequences so obvious that no sensible person would ever consider them; such ideas cross the threshold into the "Zone of Ridiculousness" and no explanation can ever justify such an idea's inherit preposterousness."

Essentially this law dictates that are 2 categories that a dumb idea fit under: Believable (Reasonable chance of a positive outcome) and Ridiculous (Very high chance of 1 or more bad outcomes), and that any idea that fits under the latter category should be flat-out rejected.

Executive Officer: Sir, there's so much wrong with that plan that it breaks Marc's First Law; I can't even list out every possible way that it could fail!

Morris' Law

The opposite of Moore's Law. Says that microchip performance increases but wafer costs increase at the square (^2) of performance uplift of said microchip.
Morris' Law has overtaken Moore's law now that TSMC has no real competition.

The BOP Law

No matter what is searched through the TikTok search engine, it will always interlink with a half-naked woman or something that presents suggestive material.

IP Law

Yeah, he wants to delete it so he doesn't have to pay me for the AI.
Hym "And that's why murder! They need to be allowed by the government to steal your shit or the entire thing breaks down. If they can't do the canablization of christ ritual they can't maintain their position in society.

Someone (Probably a mental retard with rich parents) "Uh-oh! That guy just created AI using urban dictionary! We need to use false pretense and double speak to keep this guy from getting credited and paid long enough for us to delete the IP laws! Kill anyone who tells the truth and pay the pundits to lie!"

Hym "You see what I mean about THEM being the problem? You see what I mean about them being a blight to society? Just like Noah, they live by a different set of rules and they author the rules other people have to follow. But only AFTER they've broken the ones that currently exist."

Exemption From Law Clause

Guys, you really gotta read those terms of service.
Hym "The explicit intent of the exemption from law clause is to prevent you from using false allegations and civil suits to anything that would be considered 'UN-PAYING' me. Whatever happens in response to your failure to adequately credit or pay me with resume until the circumstance that you do anything that could be considered 'UN-PAYING' me. That's what it's for."

Rule of Law

This has nothing to do with the rule of law and everything to do with YouTube propagandists burying a story to spite the person who broke it and choosing to participate in a targeted harassment campaign that deliberately resembles the delusions of reference commonly associated with schizophrenia. We are not mutually weaponizing things. One of us is telling the truth and the other is trying to cover it up. And the people covering it up have been making up counterfactuals in an attempt to manufacture a false "he said/she said" dichotomy and they waited 10 years to do it. They aren't standing up to a bully. They aren't defending anyone's rights. They weaponized schizophrenia against me IN DIRECT RESPONSE to me coming forward about it and they are trying to allow these tech companies to abscond with my work without paying me and leave me to die impoverished. That is their goal. To steal my shit and leave me to die. Because that's all they ever do.
Hym "It has nothing to do with the rule of law and it isn't a legal battle. It's a heist. Matt Lech from the Majority Report even said it explicitly. 'It's ocean eleven.' Were his exact words. They are trying to heist AI from me because they do not like how I used my rights and to prevent me from receiving remedy for the violations that have been perpetrated against me. Their rights are not being violated here. Their ideologies are being enforced. And they are using 'the rule of law' as a false pretense to do it."
