A Bigo-tu (noun). It describes a person who wears a mustache proudly in other words an outrageous individual who is potentially shady or a family relative who just don't give a fuck no more.

This word is a combination of 2 words. 1. Bigote: a Mustache or any facial hair for that matter on any individual who happens to proudly own facial hair. 2. The Spanish word Tu/You or anyone who happens to be standing at eye level or is in the same room as the person saying "Que bigo-tu".
