Originally comes from a meme, which says: "When you have to meet new people and have to use other words than skibidi fortnite toilet balls" followed by a sad face.
The meme refers to the brainrot / skibidi toilet lore, which a huge amount of the population finds funny. The trick here is that once you find this lore funny, you can't find it unfunny, and additionally you can't find other things but this funny.
