Kwalii

He is a guy who will listen to you rant for hours and have no problem hearing you out. Talking to him for a long time won’t frustrate or annoy him. He is sweet, caring and a charmer. Just a few conversations can have you falling for this guy. Kwalii has many people who have approached him all his life pronouncing his name wrong. He is most definitely attractive. 1. Noun. In the LGBTQIA+ Universe Kawaii references what's known as "Femboy's" or "Fembois". A male that identifies by dressing as a biological female 24 hours a day. Every day. But NEVER indulges in hormone therapy. (Not to be confused with a transvestite. Who is a biological male that PERIODICALLY dresses as a female.)
