A glossy top coat used after putting on nail polish, nail vinyls, HOLO-glitter etc. to seal everything in and make it glossy.
The taco can be in either normal or gel form, it can also be holo.
This word is often used in Simplynailogical 's videos on YouTube. (look her up, she's the best.)
