A band with mostly good music (in my opinion)...but if it wasn't for research I would have never known the lead singer was male.
They seem to be very popular with German teenage girls...

Normal teenage girl: Hey. I love Tokio Hotel. Do you know that girl lead singer?

German teenage girl: No, he's a guy, Bill, the twin of (whatver his name is) blahblahblah and I have all my facts down!

Normal teenage girl: Umm...I just wanted to know about their music.
