A word normally used by black (doesn't have to be African) people when greeting each other. Basically considered racist if a white person said the word even though its just a greeting from him too.
My dad is African American, however he can be hurt by saying "whats up my nigga" due to him being white. On the other hand, black people that aren't from Africa can say that phrase as much as they want.

Some may say that it’s just a word and that everyone should be allowed to say it, even tho that is not the case. It’s a highly offensive word to the black community and should not be said by anyone other then black people.
