Shoals - Defenition:

When you aggressively dry hump an individual not in a sexual way, but in a teasing manner.

Usually, you would scream, "SHOALS!!!" Before dry humping said person. It's a common form of boys' humor in Norway.

Person 1: SHOALS!!!
