A term used in the South Eastern area of England where to describe a friend or close individual as a disgusting person filled with acne.

The term originates from the ends of Chatham, Kent and is consistently used to describe a 'pizza face' being.

Person A: "Oh hey, Louie Day, clean yourself you mess!"
Person B: "Fuck you bro, fuck you..."
Person A: "What? i was only saying hi."
