Diplomatic way of telling a customer to go and fuck themselves. Used most often by Customer Service staff to deflect from a request to fix a service breakage or deficiency by describing what is usually an elaborate and inconvenient way for the customer to work around the breakage.
"I cannot pay you online."
"Oh you can just call us, follow the voice prompts, type in your phone number, credit card number, expiry date, last three digits and amount into your phone keypad, and pay that way."
"Did you just tell me to go fuck myself?"
"We sure did. Anything more we can help with today?"
"No, that was it, thank you."

Oh That's Not… refers to a memorable line said by a co-host from The View program in 2015 after Kelly Osbourne tried to call Donald Trump out for his offensive remarks about Latinos being murderers and rapists. While co-hosting on the show, Osbourne made a misstep by saying, "If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to clean your toilets, Donald Trump?" to which a co-host responded, "oh that's not." The moment became a popular reaction video and catchphrase, often used to describe racist and offensive behavior on social media.
The moment was shared on YouTube by @InsideEdition on August 4th, 2015, garnering over 1.1 million views and 12,000 likes in eight years.
The moment became a popular Stan Twitter catchphrase, mostly used to indicate something considered racist, offensive or controversial.
The memorable quote also became a popular TikTok sound.
