That loathsome individual (of any race) who is self concerned enough to retrieve ice from the freezer, then puts the ice cube tray(s) back empty or with maybe one cube left, instead of filling it with water first.

Staring furiously at the two empty ice cube trays just pulled from the freezer sbe exclaimed, " Damn it !!! The Ice Nigger Strikes again."
