Sending the same snap to a mass amount of people instead of snapping each person individually. Usually done by attractive girls with lots of contacts in an attempt to keep streaks alive

Guy1: "Oh wow Bella just snapped me, she's so hot how lucky am I?"

Guy2: "Funny she just sent me a snap too."

Guy1: "Oh, she's hoe-snapping right now."

when you send three consecutive snaps to someone without them opening or snapping back on snapchat. it can be perceived as desperate and also a one way ticket for that person not to like you back.

A term that comes from Frisky Dingo, Season Two Episode 12. Also relates to boosh meaning pwned. Snip snap just means 'Oh Snap!' And, as cleared, PWN.
