A woon is a white coon. It is a term used to describe a white person (usually a liberal on the left political spectrum) that hates their own race.

Person 1: White people can't cook!
Person 2: Ok woon.

When a person who buys a stock and it goes down, or sells a stock and it goes up.

I’ve purchased a stock so the Woon Effect means the price will tank.
