August Uglies

The weeds on a farm that have managed to survive all the attempts to kill them over the summer. By August you are so wore out from fighting the weeds all summer that you let the weeds that have survived, grow and become unsightly hence the name Uglies.

farmer 1 "those damn weeds just wont die."
farmer 2 "we're into the August Uglies by now, I just let mine grow."

Strafford Uglies

Mysterious and deformed (possibly inbred) human-like creatures that live deep in the forest/mountainous regions of Strafford NH. Legend tells that they seek pleasure in capturing, having sex with, and eating their prey regardless of who/what it happens to be.

Don't go camping in a small group, you wouldn't want to get raped by those Strafford Uglies.
