A person who is has no idea what they are talking about, yet refuses to digress. This person has a tendency to drag on arguments when they are completely wrong by using scare tactics and occasionally mind-control.

I got into an argument with this guy who refused to let me make my point. I was clearly winning, but I ran when I found out this Shit Stick ex-CON. "RAD bro! Don't pulp my face! Later!"
